The place was fairly clean with a nice design and pleasant stuff. Had a double room, and we truly enjoyed it. The location seemed marvellous and unbeatable near to the mosque. The services where fantastic, offered us good free Wi-Fi.

The room was neat, it had a safe box, a mini-bar and an electronic key card...

The wifi barely worked in the middle of the room, almost like they intended for me to disconnect. No extra towels at the pool, how does one make do? I expected a warm welcome gesture for enduring such discomfort but was treated like everyone else, how rude! Honestly, almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast was delicious and excellent with omelettes, western dishes and also local food, we greatly enjoyed everything.

Every time we stay in Yogyakarta, like to stay here. The hotel is so very well decorated, the staff is helpful. Its location is exceptionally nice, very close to K Meals. The area is pretty quiet next to restaurants, cafes and a short moto-taxi ride to kraton and all the major attractions and all bars and restaurants.

Their breakfast is usual, can be much better.

The location is perfect, near restaurants and bars but also quiet and peaceful were nice, less than a five-minute walk. I loved the unique blend of Javanese, Chinese, and European design.

The Italian food at the nearby Yam Yam Restaurant was a culinary delight-I still dream about their pasta dishes! Plus, the staff was super helpful, arranged transfers and giving great tips on local eats like Aglioo Pizza And Pasta and La Creperie Brittany.

While the room had a few quirks, the cleanliness could be stepped up a bit. I found some spots needing attention, like messy corners and a not-so-fresh bathroom.

The highs and the lows

Location shines with nearby restaurants and bars, notably Till Drop Bar for fantastic live music. The pool area is pretty nice.

The rooms lacked natural light and a safe for valuables, which left me feeling uneasy . Cleaning wasn't up to par as I discovered a dirty bathroom.

The hotel vibe was cozy, and we loved the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. We checked out local art galleries and even tried traditional Javanese games. The staff were super friendly. The room was nice, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group vacation. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to relax and explore.

One downside was the noise from neighboring rooms and common areas. It felt a bit disruptive at times, especially during the night. Just be prepared for a lively atmosphere.

Consider trying the mie godog for breakfast. It's a delicious local dish that's not to be missed.

The breakfast bags was superb. I appreciated the attractive design, especially the lobby's vibe with a cool spot to unwind.

The rooms lacked natural ventilation as they only opened to courtyards, leading to humid and stuffy conditions. Cleaning left something to be desired. I found dirty sheets and stained sinks. The pool area was quite small, rendering it unsuitable for a relaxing afternoon.
